Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Shippensburg
Community Fair. Our fair offers many opportunities for businesses,
organizations and other groups to exhibit their products and services
during fair week.
The 2013 Shippensburg
Community Fair will be held from
Monday, July 22 to Saturday, July 27, 2013.

Please note that we do NOT accept any type of
commercial food or drink vendors
at this time...
These types of vendors are limited to local, non-profit
organizations in the area.

There are two types of vendor spaces available at our
facilities...
-
Outdoor Exhibit Space
Reach thousands of fair visitors who are walking from one event or
attraction to the next with outdoor exhibit space. Spaces are
available in variable sizes starting at 20'x20'.

Indoor Exhibit Space
Businesses wishing to sell their products or services may utilize
our Commercial Exhibits Building. The building is located
directly beside the stage entrance and protects vendors and their
wares from weather damage. Spaces in our Commercial Building
are 12' deep and begin at 10 feet (front space).
